Booking and payment
- A minimum deposit of 30% is required within 2 working days of booking and the balance is due upon check-in.
- Payment is made in lei by bank transfer.
Number of persons and access
- The number of persons accommodated may not exceed the number stated in the contract.
- Any additional people must be notified.
Check-in and check-out
- Check-in: 16:00
- Check-out: 12:00
- Alte intervale orare se stabilesc de comun acord.
Rules for using the premises
- Smoking is not allowed indoors.
- No food and drink in the bedrooms.
- For your cleanliness and comfort, outdoor footwear is not allowed in the bedrooms, so we provide slippers for you to use during your stay.
- Spaces must be used as intended.
Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for personal belongings and keys received.
- Any damage caused will be borne by the customer according to the actual value.
- A deposit of 1000 lei is required at check-in, refundable at check-out if there are no damages.
Other obligations
- The customer must respect the quiet hours required by law.
- Self-catering is the customer's responsibility.
- In case of unilateral cancellation, the amounts paid are not refunded.
